Apple TV: What of other studios? (THR, DH, LAT, TW)
Although Steve Jobs on Wednesday said he had hopes for "other studios to see the light," don't expect rival studios to join Disney and News Corp. for Apple's 99-cent TV rental offering anytime soon, says The Hollywood Reporter.
Paul Lieberstein has told E! that he thinks the Oscar winner is "Probably the only guy who can do it, and he's doing TV now."

Vulture reported Tuesday that George Clooney plans to make good on his previously stated intention to direct a bigscreen adaptation of the off-Broadway play "Farragut North," beginning this February.
